The Board of Directors of Shoper SA, a leading provider of e-commerce solutions in Poland, has recommended the payment of a record dividend of nearly PLN 29 million from profit earned in 2024. The proposed amount represents a payment of PLN 1.03 per share, an increase of 59 percent compared to the dividend for 2023. The final decision on profit distribution will be made by the Annual General Meeting.

The company has been continuously sharing profits with its shareholders since 2022. In 2023, the dividend per share was PLN 0.67. If the AGM approves the board's recommendation, shareholders will receive PLN 1.03 per share held. The total dividend for 2024 could amount to just under PLN 29 million.

The Company's Board of Directors recommends that the dividend date be set for May 20, 2025, while the dividend is paid on May 22, 2025.
In 2024, Shoper achieved revenues of PLN 192.8 million, an increase of 26 percent compared to 2023. Net profit amounted to PLN 37.51 million, while adjusted net profit reached PLN 42.28 million. EBITDA increased to PLN 61.34 million, while adjusted EBITDA reached PLN 66.15 million.
The value of orders on the Shoper platform (GMV Stores)increased by 26 percent, reaching PLN 10.7 billion, while GMV's omnichannel model increased by 53 percent, reaching PLN 14.5 billion.
