Jakub Dwernicki strengthens Shoper 's Board of Directors as new Vice President of Strategy and Development

Shoper, the most popular provider of SaaS e-commerce solutions in Poland, announces the appointment of Jakub Dwernicki as Vice President of Strategy and Development.

The appointment comes at a strategic moment for the company, shortly after the finalization of the acquisition of 49.9% of Shoper shares by cyber_Folks for PLN 547.5 million.
