Shoper, one of Poland’s leading e-commerce platforms, is offering merchants the ability to integrate with InPost’s new AI-powered sales channel. Thanks to this integration, stores using the Shoper platform Shoper make their products available on the InPost Mobile app, where customers can browse products and make purchases with the help of the AI Shopping Assistant.

The entire shopping process takes place within a single app: from searching for and comparing offers, to quickly completing the transaction, all the way through to delivery and after-sales service. The service is currently in beta testing. The AI Shopping Assistant will soon be available to all users of the InPost Mobile app.

- InPost is a technology company that has always prioritized innovation. First, Paczkomat® revolutionized online shopping and the logistics industry; then, the mobile app introduced a unique way of communicating with customers; and now, our Assistant is taking Polish e-commerce to a whole new level. It’s a true revolution in the way we shop. Today we are introducing a new service because we want to be present not only where shopping ends, but also where it begins. It was created for companies that want to operate faster, more effectively, and closer to the customer, but above all with our users in mind. We dedicate it to those who already appreciate the potential of AI in finding the best products and deals, comparing prices, and making informed choices. We’ve also created it for anyone who expects easier, faster, and more intuitive shopping,” emphasizes Rafał Brzoska, Founder and CEO of the InPost Group.

Shoper mid-2025, Shoper has been working with the InPost team to prepare the infrastructure that will enable merchants to quickly implement the new service. This collaboration has resulted in the ability to integrate the service quickly and conveniently directly from the Shoper store’s admin panel.

- The development of artificial intelligence is changing the way customers search for products and make purchasing decisions. Increasingly, the starting point for shopping is no longer a search engine or marketplace, but a conversation with an intelligent assistant that understands the user’s needs and can suggest tailored offers. That is why we want stores using Shoper present in new shopping environments, such as the InPost Mobile app. Thanks to this integration, sellers gain access to millions of users and another natural sales channel,” says Jakub Dwernicki, CEO of Shoper.

"Our goal was to create a solution that makes it as easy as possible for merchants to access this new sales channel. Integration via Apilo will allow us to quickly connect a store’s product offerings with the InPost service and make them available to millions of app users. This is an important step toward the further development of omnichannel sales and the automation of e-commerce processes," says Paweł Lewkowicz, a member of Shoper management board.

All merchants using the Shoper platform will be able to take advantage of this new service. Requests for integration will be submitted directly from the store’s admin panel—a registration form will be available in a dedicated section, and filling it out will initiate the implementation process. The seller then goes through an onboarding process led by InPost, and once the formalities are complete, the integration is configured using the Apilo system.

This means that sellers using other e-commerce platforms who rely on Apilo to manage their sales—including, for example, stores operating on the PrestaShop platform—can also access the service. Integration via Apilo allows for the connection of a product feed with the InPost service and the processing of orders from this new sales channel.

Activating the service requires the use of Apilo; however, Shoper Apilo have arranged special integration terms for their customers. Merchants receive a very high product limit and preferential pricing terms, effectively minimizing the barrier to entry into this new sales channel.

Thanks to this integration, merchants will gain access to a new sales channel within the InPost Mobile app, which has over 16 million users. In the future, app users will be able to search for products by chatting with an AI assistant, receive personalized recommendations, and complete purchases directly within the app. For Shoper , this Shoper participating in the development of new technologies in e-commerce and providing merchants with access to solutions that could significantly change the way people shop online in the coming years.
