The transaction involves the purchase of 14,039,145 shares in the company at a price of PLN 39 per share from its existing leading shareholders. CyberFolks thus becomes a major shareholder of the leader of the Polish e-commerce market, whose ecosystem handled transactions worth more than PLN 10.2 billion in the first nine months of 2024.
