Customer Friendly Company 2012
In September 2012, DreamCommerce S.A., a software provider Shoper, was awarded in a certification program organized by the Management Observatory Foundation, which deals with, among other things, research and consulting in the field of e-business.The Customer Friendly Company program is a several-week audit that checks the level of quality of customer service. In the case of DreamCommerce S.A., the work of the Customer Service Office was evaluated, the overall level of user satisfaction with the contact with the BOK Shoper was also checked, as well as the quality of service in the various channels of communication (Mystery Calling survey). The likelihood of recommending Shoper software to others was also checked.
