Members of the Management Board
As of April 1, 2025. CEO of Shoper S.A. Founder and CEO of cyber_Folks Group, a leading technology group in the market, and member of the supervisory board of Vercom, a global provider of cloud communications platforms (CPaaS).
Expert in scaling digital companies, business strategy and M&A transactions. Created a market leader in the hosting and domain area, then transformed the Groups into a technology company that supports enterprise digitization and online sales processes.
He is responsible for the IPOs of cyber_Folks in 2017 and Vercom in 2021. In 2022, he oversaw the acquisition of MailerLite, one of Poland's most important technology investments worth about $100 million.
In 2024, he acquired a significant stake in Shoper S.A., combining hosting and e-commerce services.
Jakub Dwernicki is also a recipient of the Jan Kulczyk PRB Award (2023) and BrandMe CEO Award (2024).
Privately, a passionate motorsport enthusiast. In 2021, he won the Polish Racing Car Championship, in the D4 Porsche category.
Since April 1, 2025. Vice President of the Management Board of Shoper S.A., and since 2010. Vice President of the Management Board and Group Finance Director of cyber_Folks Group.
He is responsible for finance, controlling, bank relations and acquisitions. He has worked in the finance departments of renowned companies such as MAN, Good Food Products and Samsung Electronics.He has also held management positions in other cyber_Folks Group companies , including Vercom, among others. And he participated in all of the Group's major acquisitions, including the most spectacular ones, i.e. MailerLite and Shoper.
Master's degree in Management and Marketing from the Poznań University of Economics, with a specialization in finance and accounting. In 2011, he completed postgraduate studies in Database Systems at the Poznan School of Banking. In 2014, he earned the title of Associate Chartered Management Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant, awarded by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Privately, he is passionate about water sports.
At Shoper .A., he serves as a Member of the Management Board and Chief Revenue Officer. He is responsible for the company's revenues, sales, and business development.
Paweł is an expert with over 15 years of experience in e-commerce, product strategy, marketing, and the implementation of artificial intelligence-based solutions. He has worked for brands such as Ceneo, Domodi Group, Wirtualna Polska, Lokalny Rolnik, Modivo, and CCC. There, he was responsible for the development of mobile applications, AI systems, digital products, and omnichannel strategies.
Privately, he is passionate about sports—chess, athletics, and basketball—as well as new technologies and AI.
At Shoper .A., he serves as a Member of the Management Board and Chief Product Officer. He is responsible for the vision and strategy of product development.
Patryk is an expert in e-commerce, digital payments, and product development. He has nearly 20 years of experience, including over 15 years in management and executive positions in the technology and commercial sectors.
From 2022 to 2025, he worked at Docplanner Group. As Global Head of Payments, he developed a global payment strategy and FinTech solutions. From 2019 to 2022, he was VP of eCommerce at SumUp GmbH, where he was responsible for key areas of global eCommerce development.
For nearly 10 years, from 2009 to 2019, he contributed to the success of Shoplo Sp. z o.o. as its CEO. Under his leadership, Shoplo developed into an e-commerce platform. The company was first acquired by SumUp GmbH and then by Shoper .A.
Supervisory Board
The Company's Supervisory Board Shoper is appointed every 5 years and plays a key role in overseeing the company's operations. Its task is to look after the interests of shareholders and oversee the management and implementation of the Company's strategy.
Members of the Supervisory Board are experienced experts in various fields who contribute to the development and success of the Company.
Katarzyna Juszkiewicz
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
In 2001, she received an engineering degree in computer science from Poznan University of Technology, and 3 years later earned a master's degree in management from the same university.
Since 2001, she has worked in the IT and telecommunications industry, holding directorships. Since 2020, she was President of OXYLION S.A. and Member of the Supervisory Board of Vercom S.A. In turn, from 2022 she was Vice President of cyber_Folks S.A. (before the merger with R22 S.A.).
He is currently a Board Member and Chief Operating Officer of cyber_Folks S.A., a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He specializes in network project management, software development and operational auditing.
Joanna Drabent
Member of the Supervisory Board
Graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Social Communication at the University of Warsaw and the European Center. For the first few years she worked as a public relations specialist, and from 2010-2016 she ran her own PR agency.
In 2013, she founded Prowly Ltd. to support the PR activities of other companies. She was CEO of Prowly until August 2024 and was responsible for product development, international marketing and sales.
He is currently a member of the Supervisory Board of Vercom S.A., a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Jakub Juskowiak
Member of the Supervisory Board
Graduate of Business Administration at the University of North Carolina and postgraduate studies in accounting at the Poznań University of Economics.
He has been a certified auditor since 2011. He worked as an Assistant Auditor at BDO sp. z o.o., Assistant Auditor and Audit Manager at PKF Consult z o.o. sp.k. and as Finance Director at Ebrex Polska sp. z o.o.
In turn, since 2021 he has been a member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Vercom S.A., a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Przemyslaw Siwek
Member of the Supervisory Board
Doctor of Economics and graduate of the Poznan University of Economics. In 2024 he completed postgraduate studies for members of supervisory boards at Kozminski University in Warsaw. He has been investing in capital markets since 1994.
He has more than 25 years of experience in managing technology and telecommunications companies. From 2001 to 2021, he was associated with cyber_Folks S.A.. At the company, he held management positions and was responsible for marketing, sales and operational topics. He invented and founded ipfon.pl Internet telephony.
As of June 2023, he is CEO of The Beavers Ltd. He specializes in scaling subscription businesses, particularly in the B2B SaaS space. He also has experience in M&A processes.
Tomasz Pacyński
Member of the Supervisory Board
Legal advisor since 2009. Graduate of law at the University of Wroclaw. Co-founder of Media Law Firm s.c., which specializes in serving telecommunications, technology, SaaS, CPaaS companies. He was with the firm from 2010 to 2020.
Since 2011, he has been working for cyber_Folks Group S.A. companies. At the beginning he was responsible for full legal services. He also participated in numerous M&A processes. Currently, he is legal advisor to the Management Board and Supervisory Board of cyber_Folks S.A. and proxy of Vercom S.A., a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
