A search engine that understands customer language - Findnado is an advanced tool that goes beyond standard e-commerce search functions. Using artificial intelligence, the in-store search engine understands full sentences, query context, typos and language errors, minimizing the risk of displaying a "no results" message. Customers can type in queries naturally, as if they were talking to an advisor, such as "sports shoes for autumn up to £300" or "nice red dress for a party in size 36," and the system will provide them with relevant suggestions.
