DreamCommerce S.A. for the second time took part in a several-week audit of the Customer Friendly Company program, during which the level of customer service quality was checked. Several areas were evaluated: the work of the Customer Service Office, the level of users' satisfaction with contact with the BOK Shoper as well as the quality of service in individual communication channels (Mystery Calling survey). As in the previous edition of the survey - the likelihood of recommending Shoper software to others was also checked.
