In November 2013, DreamCommerce S.A., a Shoper software provider, was once again recognized in a certification program organized by the Management Observatory Foundation.

DreamCommerce S.A. took part for the second time in a several-week audit of the Customer Friendly Company program, during which the level of customer service quality was checked. Several areas were evaluated: the work of the Customer Service Office, the level of user satisfaction with the contact with BOK Shoper, as well as the quality of service in individual communication channels (Mystery Calling survey). As in the previous edition of the survey - the likelihood of recommending Shoper software to others was also checked.

With the aim of building, the best possible relationships with customers and providing the highest level of customer service, DreamCommerce S.A. provides Shoper software users with a suggestion forum. This is a specialized platform (suggestions.shoper.pl), through which they can submit opinions and suggestions about the software. This allows Shoper to develop in response to customers' expectations. The high quality service of user relations is one of the most important criteria for choosing Shoper software in particular.
