Logistics is one of the most important elements of the e-commerce industry. The advantage of online shopping, repeatedly emphasized by consumers, is the speed of order processing. And what does it really look like in Polish e-commerce?

A competitive price, attractive pictures and an inviting product description - it seems that meeting these three conditions is the best recipe for success in e-business. But other factors - including, among others, the delivery methods available in a given store - also influence purchasing decisions.

When running an e-business and looking for the right supplier of goods for it, online store owners must be guided by increasing customer demands. When buying products online, everyone counts on receiving a shipment quickly, intact, and on top of that, paying a favorable price for delivery (or receiving it from the seller as a gift). Faster, more, more convenient - these are the expectations of customers, and not only store owners, but couriers and logistics companies must adapt their offerings to them.

Based on statistics from stores running on Shoper software, we know that more than 42% of e-businesses provide one method of delivery, two options are available in more than 16% of stores, a similar number of stores (16%) allow shipping through three channels. We present more interesting data in the following report, in which we delve deeper into the topic of logistics in online stores.
