Shoper and ORLEN Parcel join forces for online express deliveries

Shoper announces a new partnership with ORLEN Paczka as part of the "I send with Shoper" brokerage project, which aims to make it easier for Polish e-tailers to send parcels on favorable terms. As a result, store owners on the Shoper platform can enjoy some of the lowest rates on the market, without having to sign additional agreements with carriers. Sellers also gain the ability to order parcel pickup by ORLEN Parcels courier. Until the end of 2024, this option is made available free of charge, regardless of the number of parcels sent.

ORLEN Paczka is a convenient and efficient delivery method for parcel vending machines and pick-up points, which is rapidly expanding its logistics network. The service offers courier pickups throughout Poland, and deliveries to points are made six days a week. 

Low delivery costs are key to customer satisfaction

The new partnership with ORLEN Parcel is a response to the needs of retailers and e-commerce customers. According to the latest data, one in four e-commerce consumers consider high delivery costs as one of the barriers when shopping online. Often they are even the reason for abandoning a purchase. The "I ship with Shoper" project addresses these challenges by offering sellers the best rates that translate into lower costs for shoppers.
