SEMPIRE agency provides modern Internet marketing services for e-commerce companies. The agency's flagship solution is a search engine optimization (SEO) service oriented towards online stores. Acquiring organic traffic from popular search engines is one of the most cost-effective methods of increasing sales for online stores.

SEMPIRE's estimated revenue will reach PLN 10-11 million this year.

The acquisition of SEMPIRE is Shopera's second investment this week to expand its value-added services offering. On Wednesday, the company entered into a preliminary agreement to acquire Selium, an agency specializing in multi-channel (omnichannel) and international sales. By investing in Selium and Sempire, Shoper is strengthening its position as a leader in e-commerce solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.

Shoper provides a complete ecosystem for online sales for more than 33,000 companies*. Its main element is a modern platform for running one's own online store, around which the company offers a number of additional services, making it as easy as possible to handle sales, including multi-channel sales. These include online payments, advertising and logistics services for the e-commerce industry.

Shoper's revenue in the last 12 months, ended March 31, 2022, amounted to nearly PLN 91 million and adjusted EBITDA to PLN 32 million. The value of sales on the platform (GMV Omnichannel) amounted to nearly PLN 7 billion during the period.
