Shoper established cooperation with ING Accounting

The integration of the Shoper online store with the ING Accounting tool is a response to the needs of entrepreneurs involved in both product and service sales on the Internet. The integration is available both to users who use ING Księgowość for invoicing, and to other users of the platform Shoper.

The company Shoper offers comprehensive software for online stores. It handles the entire purchasing process: from placing an order, through its execution, to the final stage of accounting and warehouse settlement, on which the payment option is implemented.

- Invoicing tasks can sometimes be very cumbersome and time-consuming for vendors. Handling these processes manually makes it difficult to scale the business, and on top of that, it exposes them to misunderstandings. Automation of the invoicing process

The platforms' cooperation is aimed at automating the issuance of invoices and their dispatch to buyers. After an order is paid for in the online store on the platform Shoper, the data is transferred to the ING Accounting application. The system automatically issues and sends an invoice to the buyer's email address.

The integration also makes it possible to connect the Invoicing service with the warehouse. Once the order is processed, the system updates the stock automatically. Activation of the integration begins with logging into the administrative panel of the store Shoper. Then search for the ING Accounting application in the "Add-ons and integrations" tab and configure the integration according to the instructions. After creating an account and logging in, it is possible to personalize the service.
