Selium is one of Central and Eastern Europe's leading agencies supporting entrepreneurs to sell on online trading platforms (marketplaces) in North America, Asia and Europe. The company offers entrepreneurs full support in launching and running sales on marketplaces - from concluding contracts to managing the sales process.

Combining the knowledge, experience and potential of the Shoper and Selium teams will allow Polish entrepreneurs to effectively realize their foreign sales ambitions and acquire new groups of customers. The development of multi-channel sales is one of the key areas of our investments," - says Marcin Kuśmierz, CEO of Shoper.
Selium's service offerings also include support for technological integrations between entrepreneurs' CRM or ERP systems and trading platforms, training and courses on how to conduct online sales, and running advertising campaigns on marketplaces.
Entrepreneurs working with Selium have the opportunity to sell on dozens of foreign trading platforms, including Amazon, Alibaba, AliExpress, Cdiscount, eBay, Kaufland and Shopee. The agency's projected revenue will be in 2022. 1.6-1.8 million zlotys and will be almost double that of the previous year.
By acquiring the Selium agency, Shoper will gain a team of highly qualified specialists in multi-channel and international sales. The agency will be integrated into the organizational structure of Shoper and will maintain its brand. Its services will be available to entrepreneurs both using the Shoper platform , and online store users using other SaaS platforms and open-source software. The deal is scheduled to be finalized early in the third quarter of 2022 and requires Shoper to obtain corporate approvals.

Shoper provides a full ecosystem for running online sales for more than 33,000 companies (as of the end of 2021). Its main element is a modern platform for running one's own online store, around which the company offers a range of additional services that make it as easy as possible to handle sales, including multi-channel sales. These include online payments, advertising and logistics services for the e-commerce industry.
The company's revenue Shoper in the last 12 months, ended March 31, 2022, amounted to nearly PLN 91 million, with adjusted EBITDA of PLN 32 million. The value of sales on the platform (GMV Omnichannel) amounted to nearly PLN 7 billion during the period.
