Shipping orders to customers is one of the most time-consuming activities in an online retailer's daily work. In turn, the ability to choose different courier companies and different forms of delivery is crucial for consumers when shopping online. High delivery costs or long wait times often have a negative impact on the in-store shopping experience.

"Shoper Shipments is the first step in streamlining order and shipment management processes for online stores running on the Shoper platform. We have designed a number of solutions that will help merchants handle orders placed by their customers more efficiently," - says Krzysztof Kaczmarek, Head of Ecommerce Logistics at Shoper.

As part of the new service now available to all Shoper stores, merchants gain free integration with the most popular courier companies and pick-up points in Poland built into the store panel. Shoper Parcels is a fully accessible solution immediately after creating a free account, without having to wait for verification, which could delay sales.





"The new solution for Shoper stores means, first of all, more convenience and time savings for their owners. Thanks to the connection of the service with the store's administration panel, shipping forms are automatically completed, without the need to manually enter information. In turn, the option to create ready-made templates for shipments, package dimensions and sender data streamlines the management of a larger number of orders. What's important, the service will be developed on an ongoing basis, and soon there will be, among others, the possibility of collective sending of shipments using multiactions or cancellation of incorrectly generated orders, as well as functionalities which, in time, will allow for significant automation of processes related to shipment management in the store. We will also ensure a wide selection of options and forms of delivery, as well as attractive prices, which will reduce the cost of shipments for the end customer." - adds Krzysztof Kaczmarek, Head of Ecommerce Logistics at Shoper.

Shoper Shipments is yet another new feature made available on the Shoper platform in 2022. Over the past few months, Shoper has also provided its merchants with financing services (Gross and Uncapped), an online invoice and warehouse program (Shoper Invoice and Warehouse) and a customer service enhancement application, Shoper Connect.
