At Shoper S.A. he will be responsible for managing the areas of finance, mergers and acquisitions and investor relations.

In his more than 20-year career, Piotr Biczysko has been involved in corporate financial management, controlling and obtaining financing. As a member of the board of directors and financial director of home.pl S.A. for 8 years, he co-created the success of this company, which in recent years has made a number of investments in the development of its product offerings, technology platform and processes for servicing customers in the SME segment. In the past, he also served as CFO of PC Factory S.A., MSL Sp. z o.o. and Barlinek S.A.

On July 9 this year. Shoper S.A. made its debut on the main floor of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The opening share price was PLN 54.1, up 15 percent from the maximum offering price of PLN 47.00. The value of the entire offering Shoper was approximately PLN 363 million.
