Shoper Connect streamlines the customer service process by creating a professional hotline. In doing so, it does not require IT support - Shoper online store owners receive a ready-to-use service within Shoper Connect. At their disposal are, among others, such options as web call (making calls directly from the website), welcome messages (IVR), caller identification or sending and receiving SMS. Everything is operated from the level of a modern mobile application, allowing convenient customer service from anywhere on earth.

Shoper Connect is another new feature made available on the Shoper platform in recent months. In early 2022, Shoper launched financing services(Gross and Uncapped) for its sellers. In February, it also offered an online invoice and warehouse program(Shoper Invoice and Warehouse) - widely available to all businesses, not just those using the Shoper platform on a daily basis.
