Shoper, the market leader in subscription model online stores, has released its financial report for the third quarter and nine months of 2022. Adjusted EBITDA again reached record levels.

The Company's quarterly revenues in July-September 2022 were the highest ever at PLN 31.4 million. This represents an increase to the same period in 2021 of PLN 11.4 million, or 57%. Adjusted EBITDA recorded in Q3 2022 amounted to PLN 9.2 million, up year-on-year by PLN 1.9 million, or 26%.

In the first nine months of 2022, the Company generated revenues of PLN 86.5 million, an increase of PLN 33.1 million and 62% over the identical period in 2021. Adjusted EBITDA rose to a record high of PLN 25.8 million in the period, up by PLN 4 million and 18% compared to the first nine months of 2021.

"We have achieved satisfactory improvements in key financial parameters in a volatile and challenging market environment. We are seeing increasing use of more sales support services by users of the Shoper platform, which is having a positive impact on business development. Our revenues in the last 12 months, ended in September, exceeded PLN 113 million and were more than four times higher than in 2019." - says Piotr Biczysko, Shoper's board member for finance.

Turnover generated in online stores and omnichannel sales tools on the Shoper platform grew just as fast. In Q3, they amounted to PLN 1.8 billion (GMV Stores) and PLN 2 billion (GMV Omnichannel), up 29% and 33% year-on-year, respectively. In the first nine months of 2022, turnover generated in online stores amounted to PLN 5.3 billion (GMV Stores) and in online stores and omnichannel sales tools to PLN 5.8 billion (GMV Omnichannel). This represents an increase of 36 and 34% compared to the first nine months of 2021.

"Together with our clients, we consistently invest in the development of international and multi-channel sales, which is evident in the high dynamics of turnover generated on the Shoper platform. We provide its users with practical knowledge to succeed in new sales channels, as well as proven technological solutions," says Paweł Rybak, Shoper's commercial board member.

The key elements of the Shoper platform are state-of-the-art software for running one's own online store and integrated financial, logistics and advertising services for the e-commerce market. Users of the Shoper platform also have the opportunity to conduct international and multi-channel sales thanks to technological tools provided within the platform and access to expertise in this area.

In August 2022, the Company finalized the purchase of Selium agency, whose main business was sales support on global marketplaces. With this investment, Shoper's offering includes sales support services on more than 30 leading marketplaces around the world.
