"The report confirms the dynamic growth rate of both our business and our customers. By expanding our Shoper offerings with additional cutting-edge services that help our customers grow, we are all growing faster than the market. In H1 2022, we recorded a very high revenue growth rate in the solutions segment - 74% year-on-year. At the same time, we maintain high efficiency in acquiring and retaining customers - the revenue growth rate in the subscription segment in H1 2022 was 45%. We offer them a comprehensive ecosystem for conducting sales in the e-commerce market, perfectly understanding today's needs of small and medium-sized businesses," - says Marcin Kuśmierz, CEO of Shoper.
The main component of the Shoper platform is a modern, turnkey software for running its own online store, around which the Company offers a range of additional services to increase the volume and efficiency of its customers' sales. Among them are advertising, financial and logistics services for the e-commerce market, as well as comprehensive multi-channel and international sales services.
In H1 2022, Shoper invested in Selium, an agency specializing in handling sales on global marketplaces, and Sempire, an agency for search engine positioning of online stores and implementation of advertising campaigns. Shoper became the first e-commerce platform in Poland to gain Alibaba Gold Partner status, offering access to the global marketplace for Polish companies and suppliers. Thanks to these activities, the addressable market of the Shoper group has increased significantly.
"The development of multi-channel sales is one of our key areas of investment. As the only e-commerce platform in Poland, in addition to providing reliable software for running an online store, we comprehensively support Polish manufacturers and suppliers in launching sales on global marketplaces and expanding their business to attractive foreign markets. Shoper 's financial report for H1 2022 confirms how Omnichannel is gaining momentum - compared to a similar period in 2021, GMV Omnichannel, i.e. in own stores and connected shopping platforms, increased by 37%." - says Pawel Rybak, CCO of Shoper.
