Shoper, a leader in SaaS model e-commerce solutions in Poland, presents its financial results for the third quarter and first nine months of 2024. The company continues its strong growth in all key financial indicators, and the value of transactions in the Shoper ecosystem has reached a record high of PLN 10.2 billion since the beginning of the year.
The third quarter of 2024 brought further growth for Shoper. The company's revenues amounted to PLN 47.4 million, up 27% year-on-year. Adjusted EBITDA reached PLN 15.5 million, growing 28% year-on-year, with high profitability at 32.8%.
Shoper's customers also reported significant sales successes. Shoper's GMV in the third quarter was 2.6 billion (achieving 30% year-on-year growth), while Omnichannel GMV reached 3.6 billion, up 61% year-on-year in 2023.
- We are pleased that GMV Omnichannel, the value of transactions completed in the ecosystem Shoper, including additional sales channels, exceeded PLN 10.2 billion in the first nine months of this year. The success of our customers directly translates into the results of the entire Group, as can be seen in the systematic growth of revenue and profitability. Cumulatively, after 9 months of 2024, Shoper's revenues amounted to PLN 137.7 million (+26% YoY), with adjusted EBITDA of PLN 46.2 million (+30% YoY) and profitability of 33.6%. Shoper's GMV reached PLN 8.7 billion (+31% YoY) in the period, and GMV Omnichannel grew by a record 56% YoY to PLN 10.2 billion.
Ecosystem Shoper under dynamic development
The third quarter was marked by intensive development of the platform and expansion of its offerings for e-entrepreneurs. The company continued to develop Storefront technology, enriching its offer with dozens of new applications adapted to this technology.

Shoper's portfolio of payment services has expanded to include InPost Pay, Alior Installments and ING Accounting. The signing of an agreement with Alsendo to sell Shoper's services through this company was also a significant success. In the third quarter, Shoper also stepped up its marketing efforts, appearing at a number of industry trade shows and holding customer events. It also launched a new campaign, "Heavenly Better," designed to emphasize the ecosystem nature of the Group and the lightness of doing business together with Shoper.
