Shoper SA, a leader in e-commerce solutions in Poland, ended the first quarter of 2025 with strong revenue growth, improved operating efficiency and record GMV. The company generated net revenues of PLN 51.7 million, up 17 percent year-on-year. Adjusted EBITDA reached PLN 18.5 million, 24 percent higher than a year earlier, which translated into an increase in EBITDA profitability to 35.8 percent. - one of the highest ratios in Polish e-commerce.
- The first quarter was a period of intense changes and new openings for us, related to the entry of cyber_Folks into the Shoper shareholding. In a short time we implemented a new product strategy, identified and achieved the first synergies. Integration with Stripe service, plugging cyber_Folks domains for new customers or joint marketing initiatives are just the beginning.I believe that with the combination of technology, innovation and operational discipline, we will build a leading e-commerce hub in Central and Eastern Europe, " comments Jakub Dwernicki, CEO of Shoper SA.
The strong revenue growth rate was the result of purely organic growth - especially in the areas of logistics services, payment services and the Apilo platform. Omnichannel GMV generated by Shoper platforms exceeded PLN 4.1 billion (+33 percent year-on-year). In the e-commerce segment, GMV increased by 11 percent, reaching PLN 2.7 billion.At the same time, the take rate improved, rising by 0.1 p.p. y/y, confirming the growing added value of services provided in the SaaS model.

In the first quarter of this year, a number of initiatives were implemented to strengthen the Company's offering - including a partnership with Stripe (cross-border payments, checkout mechanism, onboarding for 2000+ stores). Also planned for the near future is the development of the App Store (API, CLI editor) and a new SkinStore with more templates and improved editing. Shoper stores and the Apilo tool are already available on cyber_Folks.
In May this year. Shoper will pay a record dividend of PLN29 million (vs. PLN18.9 million a year earlier). The company maintains the policy of sharing profits with shareholders, while maintaining high profitability and strong cash flow.
