Shoper - a leader in e-commerce solutions in Poland - achieved record results in the second quarter of 2025, confirming the effectiveness of its strategy to build a complete SaaS ecosystem. The company reported significant growth in GMV, revenue and profitability, while developing its most scalable and profitable services.
Omnichannel GMV amounted to nearly PLN 4.9 billion (PLN 2.9 billion in online stores and PLN 2.0 billion on third-party platforms), and reached a record PLN 9.0 billion in the entire six months.
Shoper 's revenues grew 16% y/y, driven solely by organic growth. The fastest growth was in Apilo's logistics, payment and Omnichannel services, where revenues increased by as much as 127% y/y. Operating EBITDA increased by about 25% y/y, reaching PLN 19.5 million, with a margin of 36.2% - one of the highest in the Polish e-commerce sector.
- This is a result of the operational leverage we have developed through the development of high-margin services. We are consistently building a SaaS ecosystem, investing in payments, logistics, AI and multi-channel sales. The results show that our decisions are having the desired effect," says Jakub Dwernicki, CEO of Shoper SA.
Innovation and artificial intelligence
Shoper is strengthening its technology base, creating a special AI Product team responsible for implementing innovations across the Group. Among the innovations are automatic assortment ordering and description, an AI assistant to support sales, smart recommendations and a search engine. Tools for merchants are also being developed - expanded store analytics, a new App Store, API and CLI tools for developers, and more templates in the Skin Store.
- Our ambition is to create a world-class e-commerce platform. We want everyone - from the smallest store to large organizations - to have access to tools that really increase sales. We are investing in AI, big data and innovations that will set a new standard in the market," says Jakub Dwernicki.
Stability and perspective
- Shoper remains in the sWIG index regularly sharing profits with shareholders. Our goal is to continue to grow while building shareholder value. We want to maintain a high dividend growth rate and continue to invest in products with the greatest potential," adds Robert Stasik, deputy CEO of Shoper SA.
Premium customers and cross-border expansion
In the premium segment, the company has launched a new Shoper.co.uk idedicated Shoper Premium website. The new offering supports large stores and merchants developing overseas sales, opening up new opportunities for them to expand internationally.
