Shoper, a leader in e-commerce solutions in Poland, ended the third quarter of 2025 with very strong financial results, confirming the effectiveness of its growth strategy based on scalable technology services. The company generated revenue of PLN 52.9 million in the period, up 12 percent year-on-year, all of it coming from organic growth. Adjusted EBITDA amounted to PLN 19.4 million, up 25 percent year-on-year, and the EBITDA margin reached 36.7 percent, improving by 3.9 p.p. over the same period in 2024.
- The third quarter is further proof of the strength of our business model. We are achieving high profitability without the effects of acquisitions. We are taking advantage of operating leverage by focusing on services with the greatest potential for scaling - payments, logistics and GMV Omnichannel growth. It is these, along with our proprietary products, that build our advantage and drive further growth for the entire Group," stresses Robert Stasik, vice chairman of the board of Shoper S.A.
In the past quarter, Shoper reported a very strong - 55 percent y/y growth in omnichannel GMV. Since the beginning of the year, omnichannel GMV has reached 14.5 billion zlotys (+43 percent y/y), which means that GMV is growing at a record pace - the result for the three quarters of 2025 has already surpassed the full-year level achieved in 2024. The key driver of the growth was the Apilo platform - a system for integrating and operating the entire merchant ecosystem, which enables sales in multiple channels from one place. GMV handled by Apilo grew 175 percent year-on-year, and GMV of Shoper online stores grew 11 percent year-on-year.
- What particularly sets us apart from the market is our EBITDA growth rate and the purely organic nature of our results. At the same time, we are investing in the development of new technologies, including in the area of artificial intelligence, which will begin to yield the first product results in the coming quarters," says Robert Stasik.
Since the third quarter of this year. Shoper has been testing the Seller Assistant, a cutting-edge tool based on artificial intelligence that analyzes store data in real time and provides sellers with recommendations to support sales, margin and operational efficiency. The Assistant itself identifies growth opportunities, pinpoints areas in need of optimization and suggests marketing actions. With simple communication, it allows any merchant to benefit from advanced analytics without technical knowledge.
- At Shoper , we place a strong focus on product development, as these products largely determine profits. One example is Sales Assistant. It's a solution that will help merchants better understand data and make more accurate business decisions. We are at the launch and testing stage, and we will see the first financial results in the next quarters. Investment in AI is a natural step for us - this technology will become one of the key drivers of Shoper 's further development," says Jakub Dwernicki, CEO of Shoper S.A.
Artificial intelligence-based technologies are already being used successfully at other Group companies - including cyber_Folks and Vercom - while at Shoper they are now a strategic development area in which the company is investing heavily.
At the center of the Group's strategy is the merchant - an online retailer whose business is becoming more technologically advanced today than ever before.
- E-commerce is undergoing a revolution - from classic sales platforms toward flexible, AI-driven ecosystems of data and personalization. Our job is to give merchants an edge in this new reality. We want to make sure that regardless of the growing platform competition, merchants using our tools can grow faster and acquire customers cheaper and more efficiently. And we are doing this in practice," says Jakub Dwernicki.
Shoper is consistently strengthening its position as the center of the e-commerce ecosystem, integrating a variety of technology solutions into a single, cohesive environment. As artificial intelligence and automation grow in importance and traditional marketplaces lose their dominance, the platform is becoming a key partner for merchants, combining data, integrations and intelligent sales management systems. With its investment in AI, Shoper plans to support the operational efficiency of stores, automate processes and facilitate the scaling of business in an omnichannel model - the results of which are expected to be visible in the coming periods.
In 2025, Shoper and cyber_Folks Group plan to invest nearly PLN 40 million in product development, of which more than PLN 25 million will be spent on dedicated e-commerce tools. In recent months, the company has released two new state-of-the-art e-commerce templates that make it easier to create attractive sites and make online shopping even more enjoyable and engaging.
Thanks to its cooperation within the cyber_Folks Group, Shoper serves more than 60,000 e-commerce customers, and by October 2025 alone, the Group's platforms have passed 2.2 billion PLN of GMV, making it the largest provider of e-commerce solutions in Poland (excluding marketplaces).
- We are a stable and predictable partner - both for our customers and shareholders. We are building the company's value in the long term by investing in innovative products with the highest growth potential," Jakub Dwernicki concludes.
