It is in these areas that an increasing share of business activity is concentrated and where the greatest revenue potential lies. The company is seeing the highest growth dynamics in logistics services and in integration and multichannel sales solutions, including the Apilo platform. As customer sales are growing faster than the company's revenues, Shoper significant room for further monetization and revenue growth per customer. The integrated operating system for e-commerce developed by the company increases the degree of customer integration with the ecosystem, which translates into high retention and long-term growth potential.
– Our customers' sales are growing faster than the market, with the strongest growth seen in areas related to operations and multichannel sales. This shows that the value in e-commerce is increasingly shifting from the storefront itself to the management of the entire sales process, which naturally increases the monetization potential of our model. We are consistently developing our business based on a model in which our customers' sales growth translates into growth in our results. We combine growing operational scale with high profitability and strong cash generation, which gives us a stable foundation for further development, " says Robert Stasik, Vice President of the Management Board Shoper .

The finalization of the acquisition of PrestaShop by the cyber_Folks Group means that Shoper now Shoper within one of the largest e-commerce technology ecosystems in Europe, covering approximately 700,000 merchants and with a strong presence in key Western European markets.
"Integration with PrestaShop opens up a new stage of development for Shoper. We are operating in a much larger environment, with access to new markets, a larger customer base, and an extensive technological ecosystem. In the long term, this means greater opportunities to scale our services, develop cross-sell sales, and increase the value generated per customer," says Jakub Dwernicki, CEO of Shoper .
The larger scale of the entire Group also means access to a broader database and greater potential for the development of analytical and automation solutions. Integration within a shared environment increases opportunities for cross-selling services, while improving business stability through greater geographical and operational diversification.
Technological changes further reinforce the importance of this trend. With the spread of AI-based tools, the importance of the visual aspect of a store is declining, and competitive advantage is increasingly shifting to the areas of operations, integration, and data processing. Today's retailers expect a comprehensive environment that allows them to manage the entire sales process from a single location.

– Artificial intelligence does not replace e-commerce platforms, but increases business efficiency. Our goal is to reduce the number of manual operations and enable merchants to scale sales faster with lower operational complexity. It is in process automation, integrations, and data processing that the greatest value in e-commerce is created today, emphasizes Jakub Dwernicki.
Shoper its platform as an operating system for e-commerce that covers the entire sales cycle – from store launch to operations management, multichannel sales, and business decision automation.
