DreamCommerce S.A. receives the Customer Friendly Company emblem
DreamCommerce S.A. received the emblem of the "Customer Friendly Company" Program.In September 2012, DreamCommerce S.A., a software provider Shoper, was awarded in the certification program organized by the Management Observatory Foundation, which deals, among other things, with research and consulting in the field of e-business.The Customer Friendly Company Program is a several-week audit that checks the level of quality of customer service. In the case of DreamCommerce S.A., the work of the Customer Service Office was evaluated, the overall level of user satisfaction with the contact with the BOK Shoper was also checked, as well as the quality of service in the various channels of communication (Mystery Calling survey). The likelihood of recommending Shoper software to others was also checked.
